Not a perfect match? No problem, just return your order within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. *Minus any shipping fees.

This return policy is for online purchases only and DOES NOT apply to in store purchases at any of our 10 locations. Purchases made in-store can be returned for store credit within 30 days of original purchase.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange the product for something else. You can return a product up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one business day.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company to see if your refund is in “pending” status, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at thecastle@thecastlejewelry.com or by calling us at 859-299-6788.

Layaway Returns

Our layaway program is 90 days, same as cash. Any amount you put down goes towards the final sale. We do not give cash back on layaway. If you decide you no longer want the item, we will give you store credit for any amount put down towards it. If you receive the item and are not satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit.

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
