Our online customer support team is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. We are closed Saturday and Sunday for online support. Our physical stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with select locations open Sunday from 12:00 to 6:00 PM.

Can I get a repair estimate over the phone? +
We can give you a general idea over the phone, but for an accurate estimate we recommend bringing your piece into any of our locations. Our team will inspect it and provide an upfront price before any work begins. Visit our Repair page for turnaround times by location.
How can I sell or trade in my jewelry? +
