Our jewelers work on-site! If your ring needs sizing or your jewelry has custom options, it will be crafted and shipped the following business day.

Common Questions

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100! Orders over $100 receive complimentary USPS Priority 2–3 Day Mail. Orders over $1,000 are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Express 1–2 Day Mail at no additional cost. You can upgrade any Priority order to Priority Express for $15 (orders $100+) or $25 (orders under $100).
Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day. If your order requires sizing or custom work, please allow one additional business day for our on-site jewelers to complete the work.
Yes! Once your item has shipped, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way until it reaches your door.
Absolutely. Every package we ship is fully insured for the entire value of your order. We also require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely.
