No appointment is needed. Simply visit any of our 11 locations and our team will assist you. Walk-ins are always welcome.
How much does a repair cost? +
Pricing varies depending on the type and complexity of the repair. We provide free estimates before starting any work, so you’ll know the cost upfront with no surprises.
Which locations have on-site jewelers? +
We have on-site jewelers at our New Circle Rd (Lexington, KY) and Nicholasville Rd (Nicholasville, KY) locations. These locations typically offer the fastest turnaround times.
What happens if I drop my repair at a location without a jeweler? +
Your piece will be securely shipped to the closest location with an on-site jeweler. Once the repair is complete, it will be shipped back and ready for pick up at the same location you dropped it off.
Can you resize any ring? +
We can resize most rings, including gold, platinum, and silver. Some materials like tungsten, titanium, and ceramic cannot be resized due to their hardness. Our team will let you know during your free estimate if resizing is possible for your specific piece.
Do you replace watch batteries? +
Yes! We replace watch batteries at all of our locations. This is typically a quick service that can often be done while you wait.
Do you repair jewelry purchased elsewhere? +
Absolutely! We repair jewelry and watches regardless of where they were originally purchased. However, please note that we do not take outside repairs during the month of December so our jewelers can focus on holiday orders.
Why are turnaround times different at each location? +
Locations with on-site jewelers (New Circle Rd and Nicholasville Rd) can complete repairs on-site in just a few days. Other locations ship repairs to the nearest jeweler, which adds transit time. The total turnaround includes the repair time plus round-trip shipping.
