Missing diamonds or gemstones due to a manufacturer's defect are replaced at no cost. Simply bring the piece to the location you purchased it from or send it back to our online department. We'll thoroughly inspect the item and replace the stone for you.

⚠ Not Covered (But We Can Help)

Damage from daily wear and tear β€” such as broken prongs or bent channels β€” is not a manufacturer's defect. However, we will still replace any missing stones for you at a discounted price. We'll always give you an excellent deal on the repair.

Common Questions

Yes! We give the same manufacturer's warranty on both our brand new and reconditioned jewelry. Every piece has been thoroughly inspected by our in-house gemologists and jewelers before it goes up for sale.

Bring the piece to the store location where you purchased it, or ship it to our online department. We'll inspect it thoroughly, and as long as the mounting isn't physically damaged (broken prong, bent channel, etc.), we'll replace the stone at no charge.

Wear-related damage like broken prongs or bent settings isn't covered under the manufacturer's warranty. However, we will still replace the stone for you β€” just not for free. We always offer our customers an excellent deal on these repairs, so you'll still save compared to other jewelers.

Absolutely! Most of our jewelry is not on the sales floor. If you'd like to see something in person, call or email Brittany to set up an appointment to view our one-of-a-kind pieces at our main location. We're happy to accommodate you.

Yes! Many of our pieces can be resized. Please contact our team and we'll let you know if the item you're interested in can be adjusted and what the cost would be. For more information, visit our Jewelry & Watch Repair page.
