Return Policies
Online Purchases
Items purchased online and shipped to you can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Items must be in original condition with original packaging.
In-Store Purchases
Jewelry purchased at any of our 11 physical locations can be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
In-Store Pickup Orders
When you pick up an online order in store, you'll have the chance to inspect the piece. If it's not what you expected, you can decline on the spot for a full refund. Once you accept and leave the store, it follows our 30-day store credit exchange policy.
Layaway Returns
Our layaway program is 90 days, same as cash. Any amount you put down goes toward the final sale. If you change your mind before full payment, all payments become store credit. If you receive the item and are not satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit.

Pack & Ship Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address below. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within one business day. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to post the credit.
Common Questions
First, check with your bank or credit card company โ refunds can sometimes take a few business days to appear as they move from "pending" to "posted." If you've waited more than 5 business days after we confirmed your refund, please contact us at 859-309-0041 or thecastle@thecastlejewelry.com and we'll look into it right away.
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
Custom-made jewelry and special orders are crafted specifically for you and are considered final sale. We encourage you to contact our team with any questions before placing a custom order so we can make sure every detail is exactly right.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. If you notice any issues with your purchase when it first arrives, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Absolutely! If you'd like to exchange your piece for something else, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll walk you through the process and help you find the perfect replacement.
If you receive a layaway item and are not satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. If you decide to cancel your layaway before making full payment, all payments made will be converted to store credit.
