Nugget Textured Band with Vertical Diamond Row in 10k Yellow Gold

The top of this band is split into two halves: a field of heavy nugget texture on one side, and on the other a short vertical row of three small round diamonds set into a bright plate, with a raised polished gold bar dividing the two.
