A 14k yellow gold butterfly perched across the top of the hand, with openwork filigree wings set with small round cubic zirconia accents. The wings are lifted slightly off the shank so there's real dimension between the piece and the finger — light travels through the pierced metalwork on both sides of each wing. Every curve of the filigree is finished clean, with the CZ accents winking just enough to register without turning the ring showy. A decorative motif with genuine workmanship behind it.
Pre-owned and reconditioned. Motif rings like this were once a staple of department-store gold cases; finding one still done in solid 14k with proper pierced filigree is increasingly rare. Priced at wholesale.
