Warranty

We give a manufacturer's warranty on both our brand new and reconditioned jewelry. This warranty is included in your purchase! If you find you are missing a diamond or gemstone from your piece purchased at The Castle Jewelry, bring it into the location you purchased it from or send it back to our online department.

We will thoroughly inspect your piece. As long as the item is not damaged in any way, we will replace the diamond or gemstone for you! Keep in mind, if a prong is broken or the channel is damaged, that is not a manufacturer's defect. We will still replace the diamond or gemstone for you but will not be able to do so for free. We will be sure to give you an excellent deal to replace it.
